The team met for the first time in September 2004 and spent some time working on their vision for Mount Argus Parish for the next 4-5 years.

In the short term they recognised the need to rationalise the number of masses on Sundays due to the reduced number of priests available, and they invited a number of lay people to conduct a consultation with the parish in order to agree the changes that best suit the parish at large.

On the 17th October, the members of the team were commissioned in their new role at all the masses on Saturday and Sunday.
