Community Centre

The Community Centre is essentially a place for people to meet; a place to develop talents

and to discover new ones; a place for support and help and information; a place to have a cup of tea and to relax; a place of fun and celebration; a place of growth in spirituality and knowledge of self and others. The Community Centre is a contact with the parish and helps to bind us together as a community. Among the activities that take place in the Community Centre are flower-arranging and craft classes, I.C.A. meetings, A.A. groups, art, keep fit, bridge, Irish dancing, Friday Sales, monthly Lotto, etc. etc. The Coffee Stop is open from 10.30 am. to 12 noon. The Community Centre is served by a great body of voluntary helpers. There is a warm welcome for everyone. The Community Centre is for you; we invite you to use it. Contact Joe Murphy or Pat Kenny at the centre – Phone 492 1225.
